Anyone who has internet access to social media and a little extra time can invest in the ” Follow Me For Equity ” program by simply agreeing to our program’s terms and conditions. Download the app or go to www.followmeforequity.com to enroll.
We currently have over 100 early-stage operating companies in the Black Unicorn Factory’s From Startup to the Public Market program, and we have over 300 on our waiting list. The companies range from tech companies and biotech to franchises and real estate.
Each startup in the Black Unicorn Factory’s portfolio is assessed by an accredited business appraiser to determine its value, taking into account the latest funding round and other relevant factors.
Each startup in the Black Unicorn Factory’s portfolio has a predetermined schedule to go public within 12 months. However, there is no guarantee that any startup will go public, as it is ultimately up to the startup’s management team and board of directors to decide if and when to go public.
While each startup in the Black Unicorn Factory’s portfolio desires to go public, there is no guarantee that any startup will list on any particular stock exchange. We believe that going public can provide significant benefits for startups and their investors, but it is ultimately up to the startup’s management team and board of directors to decide if and when to go public.
The Black Unicorn Factory provides startups in the program with access to a range of resources, including funding, mentorship, networking opportunities, and value-added services such as employee health and dental insurance, corporate legal and accounting assistance, office and conference space, and more. We are committed to providing our startups with the support they need to thrive and succeed in their respective industries.
We evaluate potential startups for the program based on a range of factors, including the quality of the founding team, the market opportunity, the scalability of the business model, and the potential for growth and profitability. We also assess each startup’s financials, business plan, and overall fit with the Black Unicorn Factory’s investment strategy and mission.
It does not require you to invest a dime, only your time. The Follow Me for Equity program requires you to complete 50 tasks to earn one share of stock in any one of over 100 startups.
The Black Unicorn Factory was founded in 2012 in Marina del Rey, CA and is currently headquartered in Los Angeles. CA.
The Black Unicorn Factory is a startup business development accelerator. Its entire mission is to take startup companies to the stock market using a new law called the JOBS Act. The JOBS Act is the new startup IPO process passed into law under President Obama in 2012.
Before you follow any of the Pre IPO companies, you will receive stock in that company. To retain that stock, you must maintain your account with the company at least two tasks a month. If you fail to maintain your account, your stock can be voided.
You will be able to cash your stock when the company goes public, meaning when it is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Each of the companies in the Black Unicorn Factory’s Accelerated IPO program is already pre-qualified by value and by revenue to meet the thresholds of the New York Stock Direct Listing requirements. Each of these companies could do a Direct Listing today on the New York Stock Exchange, but because they are trying to build up their shareholder base, they have delayed listing, and that is where you come in.
You must assist the Pre IPO in various revenue-generating tasks five days a week. The revenue generated when you complete the task is used to purchase other revenue-producing assets for the company, thus making the Pre IPO company profitable and more valuable as it seeks a possible Public Listing. These revenue-generating tasks will also produce consistent dividends for those who hold stock in these companies. Tasks include but are not limited to, following them on various social media pages, clicking ad and advertising banners, and making product ratings and reviews. Tasks are delivered each morning.
Anyone anywhere in the world can invest in these Pre IPO companies through the Follow Me For Equity program, with one exception. We legally have to check to see if the investor is on in terrorist list mandated by the Department of Homeland Security and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
For every ten friends you help to become Follow Me For Equity earners, you will earn an additional share of stock.
There are over 100 pre-IPO companies currently in the Follow Me For Equity investment plan. You can choose any one of these to follow for equity, but remember, the more companies you follow the more stock you earn stock. If you have the time to work you can earn stock in up to 100 companies.
LOS ANGELES (June 2, 2021) — Black Unicorn Factory (“BUF”), an African American-owned business development company, today announced its plans to launch its signature app, “Follow Me for Equity.” Scheduled to become available on June 19, 2021, the app will allow social media users to invest in pre-IPO startups simply by following select companies.
Backed by major celebrities such as Rapper Ice Cube and Actor and Comedian Anthony Anderson, this is the first app ever developed that lets you earn equity or stock without paying a single dollar.
The app introduces a completely new way for beginner and experienced investors alike to invest in startup companies. Follow Me for Equity app users can choose to earn stock or equity in up to 68 companies, simply by following them on popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Instead of traditional investing that requires money in exchange for equity or stock, all investors need to do is to hit a “follow” button and be a loyal follower for a year or longer.
“We’re completely changing the way people can invest, which benefits both consumers and startup companies. Instead of asking people for money, we’re asking for their time and loyalty,” said John Stewart, President, CEO and Founder of the Black Unicorn Factory. It’s extremely difficult for startups to raise capital from traditional angel investors, and it’s even harder for Black-owned companies.
In fact, only about 1% of all venture capital goes toward Black-owned startups. Therefore, African Americans must take an alternative route to raising capital, which is why we created this app.”
BUF transforms social media fans and followers into investors or what they call “FanVestors.” “The Follow Me For Equity app is a merger of social media and a Wall Street IPO. Most startups are aware of the power of social media but are doing a poor job in harnessing this enormous power. Millions of social media followers can completely change a startup company’s direction,” said Stewart. “Crowds of loyal vested followers can not only raise capital, promote, protect and provide over 25 different forms of revenue and can also reduce the failure rate of a most startups from 90% to 9%, and can increase a startups value at the same time. The crowd-backed startups will replace venture capital-backed startups in the future. Transforming social media fans and followers into investors is going to create more unicorns and celebrity billionaires than you have ever seen in modern history.”
The app will be available on Apple and Android devices on June 19, 2021. To download it, visit your app store. For more information about Black Unicorn Factory, visit www.blackunicornfactory.com.
